Ralph Cioffi's big day

Ex-Bear Stearns hedge fund managers Ralph Cioffi and Matthew Tannin may soon become the first Wall Street executives to face criminal charges arising from the mortgage market meltdown...Prosecutors could announce the filing of charges against Cioffi and Tannin as early as Thursday, June 19.

And his bosses?
